Thread-Locking3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Thread-Locking Adhesives come in both high-strength and medium strength options, ideally suited to the mechanical and automotive industries of servicing and repair. These thread-locking products are pre-applied to screws and nuts and have excellent resistance to automotive fluids, gases and chemicals. They are also formulated to withstand high pressures and temperatures of up to 300ºF.
When applied, thread-lockers form an instant seal and prevent loosening by vibrations, stress and shock, although they also allow for disassembly.

If you need a strong, reliable and instant bond,3M Scotch-Weld Cyanoacrylate (superglue) adhesives will do the job like no other. Available in various viscosities, these rubber-toughened and low odour adhesives will bond plastic, rubber and porous materials in under 30 seconds. Our Scotch-Weld Adhesives also bond glass instantly, producing optically clear bond lines and can also join plastic to metal. Within the Scotch-Weld range you will also find thread lockers and UV curing adhesives that lock nuts, seal pipes and replace gaskets that are designed to withstand vibrations and movement, while retaining a reliable seal.
