Rod End & Spherical Bearings can accommodate a shaft or rod with varying misalignment. Many ball and liner materials are available with different ratings for load capacity and lubrication requirements.
Rod End & Spherical Bearings are designed to manage high radial loads and perform consistantly, even when marginal lubrication, contamination, extreme speeds and
critical-application stresses are present.
A typical application would be a wishbone where the bearing is constantly having to accommadate misalignment as the suspension travels.
