Product Identification and Technical Support
Contact us if you need help identifying a bearing, rod end, spherical bearing, seal, fastener or related component.
Please include as much information as possible:
- Manufacturer’s name
- Complete part number
- Visible product markings
- Bore and outside diameter
- Overall width
- Thread diameter and pitch
- Left-hand or right-hand thread
- Vehicle or equipment details
- Component location and application
- Clear photographs from several angles
Similar-looking components can have different clearances, materials, seals, liners and load ratings. Therefore, photographs alone may not always be enough to confirm the correct product.
Difficult-to-Source and Obsolete Components
ABC can investigate obsolete, unusual and difficult-to-source bearings and components.
Send us the original part number, manufacturer, technical drawing or measurements available. If the original component is unavailable, we may be able to investigate a superseding reference or possible alternative.
Any proposed replacement must be checked against the original specification and operating conditions.
